Nobility
Our client, Nobility, is a premium-class clubhouse located in the heart of the Ukrainian capital. The developer of the project is BudCapital, a company with which Svitsoft has had a longstanding collaboration. The complex consists of six floors and 23 apartments, featuring an open terrace with barbecue and lounge areas on the rooftop.
Our task in this project was to create an extensive landing page that would function as a full-fledged website, as well as to design the logo, renderings, and brand book.
Logo
The logo is centered around a stylized symbol of the letter "N" and the name of the clubhouse, Nobility. The sharp lines forming the "N" and the soft script of the name create a transition from dynamism to tranquility—much like life outside the home. A whirlwind of events, meetings, travels, and lively parties; but at the end of the day, a peaceful and quiet residence awaits the owners at the Nobility clubhouse.
The logo consists of an emblem and an original graphic typeface on a gray background. The primary brand colors are dark gray and a golden gradient with a copper sheen.
Renderings
High-quality 3D visualization is a crucial element when it comes to elite-class new buildings. Buyers of such real estate are not driven by price, promotions, or discounts. Instead, they expect to see and experience a “wow effect” that convinces them of the exclusivity of their future purchase. Rendering is the developer’s tool that, more effectively than thousands of words, can accomplish this task.
For Nobility, we developed renderings of the exterior, interior, and terrace—one of the house’s main "highlights." The sunlight in the visualizations also varies: for the exterior, a standard sunny day was chosen to allow for clear visibility of every detail. Meanwhile, the terrace atmosphere is best emphasized by the warm, golden-bronze light before sunset.

Additional Business Documentation
In this section of the brand book, we usually demonstrate how the design might look on real-world items relevant to the specific brand: folders, flags, envelopes, uniforms, umbrellas, and so on. Moreover, the logo on business documents and company attributes for internal use fosters a sense of belonging to the brand among employees. For external use, such attributes serve as useful additional touchpoints with potential buyers.
Billboards and Citylights
Social Media Design
We also adapt specific elements of the brand’s visual identity for each online advertising channel. This not only supports brand reputation but also enhances recognition, convenience, and efficiency in content management while increasing the company’s authority and status in the eyes of potential buyers.
Website
The design, functionality, and content — all correspond to the stated class of real estate, and the landing page functions as a full-fledged website. It allows users to select an apartment online, learn about construction technologies, news, infrastructure, information about the developer, and even submit an inquiry directly on the site. We refer to such extended landing pages for developers as the PRO version.
The apartment selection feature includes several filters and allows users to view the layout of available options for sale.
In our real estate projects, we strive to avoid overly complex designs because we believe that developers primarily need simple, clear solutions that sell. This isn’t just a theory, but a proven truth in practice, as we also support our clients with digital advertising in addition to branding and website creation.
