History of the company
2009
George Kurbanov and Oleksandr Vinnytskyi
The year in which the history of Svitsoft began was when two co-founders - George Kurbanov and Oleksandr Vinnytskyi - decided to master digital marketing on their own for the needs of their own online store "Electrovoz." Soon, the digital promotion business on the Internet became more promising and a priority. Therefore, "Electrovoz" ceased to exist, and Svitsoft, on the contrary, gained momentum.
The Chaika residential complex, which is the largest condominium in Europe today, became the first client to define one of the agency's main niches and vectors. This "city within a city" was built on 39 hectares of the Ukrainian capital. It is noteworthy that we still have a business relationship with this client.

Then there was "Akvareli," 2 phases of 1,350 apartments, which Svitsoft helped to sell. Owners of development companies were convinced that online advertising works and gradually redirected budgets from offline advertising to digital.
Over time, this led to Svitsoft managing Ukraine's largest digital marketing budget in the field of primary real estate sales.
Already in 2012, Svitsoft CEO George Kurbanov began appearing on leading media's covers.
2013
That year, Ukraine's largest developer appeared on our client list —"Kyiv Miskbud." This company put into operation 300,000 m2 every year. This is one of our several clients with whom we have had a long-lasting business relationship for a decade.
The next five years became a period of tremendous growth for both the company and the team: every year, turnover increased by 200%, and the team expanded by 100%. Together with Svitsoft, a whole constellation of first-class team leaders has grown up. These leaders once came to us as juniors in departments of three people and, over time, managed individual departments with dozens of specialists.
2013 was also the year of the release of Svitsoft's own SaaS product — the AdSaver call tracking and IP telephony system. Call tracking revolutionized the Ukrainian real estate sales market without exaggeration and finally summed up the era of digital channels' victory over the outdoors.
The Revolution of Dignity, the devaluation of the hryvnia, and the need to meticulously calculate and optimize the marketing budgets of developers also played a role in this process. Thus, mostly those channels whose effectiveness can be tracked and calculated remained "in the game" - and this, of course, is digital.
2014
The start of cooperation between Svitsoft and Ukrbud — a powerful, ambitious player capable of becoming #1 in Ukraine. But that was not destined: Ukrbud's collapse in 2019 led to many negative processes on the market, such as a drop in confidence in real estate investments. So, now we have joined the liquidation of these consequences and worked to strengthen trust in Ukrainian developers.

In general, Svitsoft's experience at that time already included cooperation with more than 100 developers of various scales, almost 1000 advertising campaigns, and went far beyond the boundaries of the real estate niche: car dealers, medical centers, e-commerce, beauty, the energy sector - nothing could stop us anymore: )
2022
At the beginning of the war, we became volunteers, starting the Stand with Ukraine platform, through which we sent the collected traffic to the leading volunteer funds of Ukraine, thus attracting more than 7 million users from all over the world.
This project won silver and two bronze medals at the Kyiv International Advertising Festival (KIAF) in the Film, Digital and Mobile advertising, and PR campaign categories. In the same year, the company separated into three areas: Svitsoft, AdSaver and SvitSoftware. And we are proud of the results each of them shows!
Despite the incredibly difficult year 2022, AdSaver updated the code, released a difficult and important new update, and transferred all customers to the updated platform. Today, AdSaver is CRM, IP telephony, call tracking, and callback in a common product.
In its turn, in Svitsoft's portfolio appears more and more projects from the European markets. And our story continues. We are creating it right now!
